What Others Are Saying

"Smart, motivated people who care, doing the right things for the right reasons: That is how I see the FSMB. It has a rich history of collaboration with a wide variety of stakeholders to promote public health and safety, and being on FSMB's Board has given me a chance to play a more active role in that effort. FSMB is an organization with good ideas, but it also has a history of action and results, which is gratifying." - Jon V. Thomas, MD, MBA, FSMB Board of Directors

"The medical profession and health care system face real challenges in coming years. I am passionate about this profession and I want to do all I can to help shape it for the future. By getting more involved within FSMB, I feel I have been able to influence decisions today that can have a positive impact later." - Doris C. Brooker, MD, Chair, FSMB Board of Directors, 2004-2005
